个人简介： 

肖旭升，男，博士，副研究员，长期从事中红外光纤器件及激光技术方面的研究，重点开展了中红外关键核心光纤器件设计和制备以及激光器理论仿真和技术方面的工作。近五年来，围绕该方向，主持和负责国家自然科学基金青年项目/重大项目子课题、JKW基础加强项目课题等项目10项，在Appl.Phys.Lett.、Opt.Lett.等期刊发表高水平论文40篇，作为第一发明人受理和授权发明专利15项，入选了2022年“中国科学院青年创新促进会”人才项目，现任中国光学学会学术大会组委会委员、中国光学学会纤维光学与集成光学专委会秘书/委员。
