2018年3月8日，欧洲科学与艺术学院(European Academy of Sciences and Arts)通知，在其2017年11月10日的理事会(Senate of the Academy)上，李学龙当选为其院士(ordinary member)。该学院有逾2000位院士，含31位诺贝尔奖得主。此前，李学龙曾当选欧洲科学院(Academia Europaea)院士。
